Examination Seat Requests and Current Offerings

Please note:  
Only applicants with a current approved application for Drug Analysis may request a seat for a Drug Analysis examination. This examination is still being offered in paper format only.

All other examinations are offered in electronic format only.

TO REQUEST AN EXAMINATION SEAT

All candidates must have an approved application prior to sitting for an examination.  

• Examination Seat Requests and Examination Fees must be received by the date indicated in the table below.
• The Request for Exam Seat will require you to submit a current photograph.  Please DO NOT use your driver's license.
• The Examination Sitting Fee is $250 per examination.
• The Examination Sitting Fee is non-refundable, but is transferrable.  The Examination Sitting Fee credit will expire with your certification application.
