Examination Seat Requests and Current Offerings

TO REQUEST AN EXAMINATION SEAT

All candidates must have an approved application prior to sitting for an examination.  

• Examination Seat Requests and Examination Fees must be received by the date indicated in the table below.
• The Request for Exam Seat will require you to submit a current photograph.  Please DO NOT use your driver's license.
• The Examination Sitting Fee is $250 per examination.
• The Examination Sitting Fee is non-refundable, but is transferrable.  The Examination Sitting Fee credit will expire with your certification application.

Please note:  Effective January 1, 2025, candidates must have an approved application before they may submit a Seat Request.  Complete applications received by the recommended date should be approved before the Seat Request deadline; however, earlier application submissions are always encouraged.
