Host an Examination Offering

Cost of Hosting An Examination Offering
The ABC will provide a Proctor (formerly Test Site Manager) to any agency requesting an offering. The agency will be required to provide a suitable site for the offering and an LAC (Local Arrangements Coordinator). The date selected for the examination should be at least 4 months from the date the request was received.

For travel to sittings that are not in conjunction with the regular meetings of the member organizations, travel-related expenses (meals, hotel, airfare, mileage, etc.) will be reimbursed to the Proctor.  The responsibility for reimbursement will depend on the number of candidates sitting for the examination:
  • 1-4 candidates, host is responsible for 100% of the expenses
  • 5-6 candidate, host is responsible for 50% of the expenses and the ABC is responsible for remainder
  • 7 or more candidates, the ABC is responsible for 100% of the expenses

Other arrangements to cover expenses will be necessary for travel outside the continental United States.

For more details email the Registrar.

Facility Arrangements
The hosting organization must appoint an LAC who will be the primary contact with the ABC Proctor and will be responsible for ensuring that the facility will meet the requirements set forth by ABC.  Review LAC Instructions and Checklist document linked below.  Complete this checklist prior to requesting to host an examination.
