Recertification
The recertification program has been designed using a point system to encourage professional involvement and to ensure continued competency in the field of certification. ABC certificates expire on the fifth anniversary of certification. The appropriate number of points must be accumulated prior to expiration to attain recertification for an additional five years.

Annual Maintenance Fee: $100 Rules of Professional Conduct If you wish to claim points, submit a Professional Development Report (recertification packet) Certificants who do not submit their Annual Maintenance Fee and Rules of Professional Conduct by March 1 will be placed on probation. |
June 1 |
Annual Maintenance Fee plus Late Fee: $150 Rules of Professional Conduct Recertification Packets may be submitted through June 1. Certificants who do not submit their Annual Maintenance Fee and Rules of Professional Conduct by June 1 will be placed on suspension. |
September 1 |
Annual Maintenance Fee plus Penalty Fee: $275 Rules of Professional Conduct After September 1, certification will be revoked. |
