Annual Maintenance Fees:

Beginning January 1, 2026, Annual Maintenance Fees must be paid through the invoice you or your agency receives via email (QuickBooks). If you did not receive an invoice or you need an alternate means to pay your fees, please reach out to the Registrar.

Certificate Replacement Fee:
to replace a lost or damaged certificate or to obtain a new certificate after a name change. Prior to paying the fee, please complete the Certificate Replacement Form or the Request for Name Change Form found on our website. |

Other:
to pay for fees that do not fit in the pre-defined categories |
