Electronic recertification Packet Submission - Not claiming points
If you are only submitting your Rules of Professional Conduct, without the accompanying Professional Development Reports, and do not intend to claim any recertification points for the 2019 Recertification Year (submitted in 2020), you may submit your Rules using this portal.
Before proceeding, please take a moment to review the general steps for this electronic submission process.
Electronic submission of your Recertification Paperwork is optional, and you always have the option of mailing your Recertification Paperwork to the ABC Registrar’s Office at PO Box 1358, Palmetto, FL 34220. Use option 3 HERE.
Step One
Download, complete and sign the Rules of Professional Conduct (09-001F).
Step Two
Scan completed form into one (1) file. This file must be in .pdf, .doc or .docx format. The maximum file size is 10MB, so it is recommended that you scan each page at no more than 150 dpi.
Step Three
Fellows Only: Download, complete, sign and scan the Proficiency Testing Certification Form (09-0701F) into a second file.
Step Four
Click the “Access Electronic Submission” button below to proceed with uploading scanned document(s) to complete electronic recertification packet submission.
Once the recertification packet is submitted you should be directed to a Thank You page. If you are not directed to the Thank You page, or you are directed to another page, please email [email protected] to confirm your electronic submission was received. Upon successful electronic submission of your recertification packet, you should receive an email confirmation.
Known Compatibility Issues
There are known issues using the Chrome browser with Windows, therefore if you are using a Windows computer, we suggest that you use a browser other than Chrome. There are known issues using the Firefox browser with Macs, therefore if you are using a Mac computer, we suggest that you use a browser other than Firefox.
There have also been issues with this submission process using some government computer systems, mainly due to the firewalls in place on government networks. If you work for a government agency, you may be better off completing this online submission using your home computer rather than a government network.
